Чому ці 1000 слів — ваш квиток до свободи Уявіть, що ви приземлилися в новій країні, і вже за кілька хвилин: самі знаходите вихід з аеропорту, замовляєте каву без помилок, розумієте, куди йде ваш автобус, спілкуєтесь з гідом, лікарем чи поліцейським — без Google Translate. Це можливо навіть без досконалої англійської, якщо у вас під рукою є правильні слова. Цей лонгрід — це ваш мовний тревел-набір. Ми зібрали 1000 найпотрібніших англійських слів і фраз, які дозволять вам: подорожувати вільно та впевнено, знаходити спільну мову в будь-якій ситуації, і нарешті позбутися страху «а що як я не зрозумію чи не зможу пояснити?» Без зубріння граматики. Без зайвого академізму. Лише слова, які реально працюють у дорозі, в аеропорту, в кафе, у кризі, у розмові. Як користуватись цим гайдом Весь список розбитий на 10 тематичних блоків по 100 слів. Ви можете вивчати поступово — по 10–20 слів на день. Як ми обирали ці слова Мета цього гайду — не навчити вас усієї англійської, а дати найкорисніший мінімум, який дозволить вижити, порозумітись і почуватися впевнено в подорожі. Ось як ми формували добірку: Фокус на реальні ситуації. Ми вивчили сотні діалогів мандрівників — у готелях, аеропортах, ресторанах, клініках, на вулицях великих і малих міст. Частотність слів. Ми використали бази даних із найуживанішими словами в англомовному середовищі (наприклад, з Oxford 3000, British Council Travel Corpus), але залишили тільки ті, що дійсно потрібні в дорозі. Наскрізні сценарії подорожі. Від прибуття до аеропорту — до випадків, коли щось пішло не так (втрата паспорта, виклик лікаря, проблеми з бронюванням). Слова підібрано так, щоб охопити всю траєкторію подорожі. Принцип “1 слово = 1 функція”. У списку немає рідкісних синонімів чи поетичних виразів. Тільки функціональні слова: ті, які допоможуть діяти, розуміти і реагувати. Універсальність. Ми уникали регіональних діалектизмів (британських чи американських винятків), натомість обрали найзрозуміліші формулювання, які працюють і в Нью-Йорку, і в Лондоні, і в Азії. Стратегія запам’ятовування: як вивчити 1000 слів і не здатися 1000 слів — звучить як багато. Але якщо розбити правильно, це реально вивчити за 1–3 місяці, навіть якщо ви ніколи не вчили англійську серйозно. 🧠 Методика “10×100” Ми поділили всі слова на 10 тематичних блоків по 100 слів: кожен блок — окрема сфера життя: аеропорт, їжа, готелі, транспорт тощо; кожні 100 слів — це логічно пов’язаний набір, який легко запам’ятовується і використовується разом. 📆 Поради щодо запам’ятовування 20 слів на день — і ви закриєте весь список менш ніж за 2 місяці. Повторюйте за схемою 1–3–7–14 днів (простий spaced repetition). Використовуйте ці слова в думках, у коротких реченнях, у нотатках, навіть у розмовах із собою. Слухайте вимову, повторюйте вголос, додавайте жести. Це активує пам’ять на всіх рівнях. 📱 Інструменти, які допоможуть Anki / Quizlet — створіть картки або скористайтесь нашими (лінки в кінці гайду). Google Translate / DeepL + аудіо-вимова — чудово підходять для практики на ходу. Sticky Notes або щоденник — виписуйте слова на папір і розміщуйте вдома (на холодильник, дзеркало, ноутбук). 💡 Головне правило - Не зубріть, а грайте. Слова запам’ятовуються краще, коли ви пов’язуєте їх з життям: Придумайте свої приклади. Поєднуйте слова з подорожами, які вже були або які плануєте.
